Privacy Policy
ClumL Inc. (“Company”) establishes the following policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect users’ personal information and to handle related inquiries promptly and smoothly. This policy is effective as of May 1, 2025.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. If the purpose changes, the Company will obtain prior consent.
Responding to product and service inquiries
Verifying and contacting job applicants
Handling other user requests
Article 2 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
The Company retains and uses personal information within the period permitted by law or as consented by the data subject. After the purpose has been fulfilled, the Company promptly disposes of the information.
Product/Service Inquiries: 3 years from the date of collection or as required by relevant laws
Recruitment Applications: 3 years from the date of collection or as required by relevant laws
Article 3 (Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)
Users may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information at any time.
Rights may be exercised in writing, by email, or other means.
Rights may also be exercised through a legal representative.
Article 4 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following categories of personal information:
Mandatory (all users): Name, Email, Mobile Phone Number
Additional (for inquiries): Company Name, Inquiry Category
Additional (for recruitment): Career Information, Portfolio Link, etc.
Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)
The Company promptly destroys personal information when the retention period has expired or the purpose has been achieved.
Electronic files: Permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner
Printed materials: Shredded or incinerated
Article 6 (Safety Measures for Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to protect personal information:
Limiting access to personal information and restricting access to authorized personnel only
Establishing and regularly reviewing internal management plans
The Company does not use cookies.
